Starting in January 2026:
Garden class and Adventure and Survival will be held on Tuesdays. Culinary Arts will be held on Wednesdays.

-When you register, make sure you write your email address, name and child's name in the message area. You can send your payment through your banking account through Zelle at 843-860-9037 or Venmo @Ashleigh-Morris-32.
-After you register, send in the deposit of $100 for a single student or $150 for families with multiple students attending.
-The first month's tuition is due on July 18th.
Make sure your correct email address is used. If you do not receive an email, contact us.
Payment options:
DYA does not give refunds. Once tuition comes in, it is sent straight to paying our instructors and getting material.
CLOSURES: DYA does not prorate or give refunds. Make-up days will be scheduled or an online classroom will take place for closures for weather, Acts of God or other.
ABSENCES: Whether or not your child attends class during all days of the cycle, you are responsible for payment in full.
TUITION SCHEDULE: Payments will be due before the new four week cycle starts. You can go to Payment and Holiday Schedule for due dates.
Change and Drop Policy4th-12th Grade Students Any changes to days attending or students attending must be finalized by August 10, 2025.Changes requested after this date are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.1st-3rd Grade Students Any changes to days attending or students attending must be finalized by December 10, 2025.Changes requested after this date are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Financial Responsibility After the specified deadlines (August 10, 2025, for 4th-12th graders and December 10, 2025, for 1st-3rd graders):
DROPPING: Any changes to days attending or students attending in violation of the terms of this agreement, unless by express permission of the Owner and Operator, remains the financial responsibility of the registering parent(s). Unless you have the express permission of the Owner and Operator to drop the day(s) or student(s), you must continue to pay tuition for said student(s) and day(s) for the remainder of the school year. CAREFULLY CONSIDER THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION FORMS. When registering, you are registering for the full year. Your yearly amount is broken up into 10 payment cycles. Only under certain circumstances will the parent(s) of the dropping student be relieved of their financial responsibility and obligation to Discipled Youth Academy for the full school year. Acceptable reasons for leaving or changing the amount of days attending Discipled Youth Academy are: parent becomes unemployed; child enrolls in school; moving 35 or more miles from Discipled Youth Academy, unless previously attended at equal or greater distance before moving; or death of a parent. A 4 week written notice to Discipled Youth Academy or a conversation with the Owner and Operator is required for all changes. Except for instances above where parents did not have prior notice. Even with a 4 week notice, unless circumstances are approved, the registering parent(s) are responsible for the remaining tuition for the rest of the school year.
